Juice concentrate

Juice concentrate is gained by extracting the water content from fruit juice by methods such as evaporating or freezing.

Pulp concentrate

A fruit pulp concentrate is produced from fruit puree with the possibility to add fruit pieces.

Puree concentrate

The puree concentrate is obtained from fruit puree by extracting part of the naturally present water through vaporization.

Rubini natural coloring

The colouring agents naturally contained in fruits of intense colour are extracted from them in their pure form.

Powders

Fruit products in powder form can be obtained from most of the liquid products.
