Rubini natural coloring

The most intensely coloured product is Rubini, which is produced from elderberry. They are used in the food and health sector as highly concentrated and standardized products.

Rubini can be used in the health sector as a natural source of anthocyanins, for instance Rubini� capsules; in the food sector they are used to colour fruit preparations, beverages, nectars, sweets, ice cream, jams, alcoholic drinks etc.

Beside the colour concentrate from elderberry (Rubini) and also other fruit-colour products (f.e. Blueberry, Aronia,�) can be offered to the food and pharmaceutical industry.
