Powders are very easy to handle and store and therefore require a very low transport and storing volume (because of high concentration). Powders are very popular especially in pharmaceutical sector but also as natural food colorants.

FLASH POWDER is a new trend used to pulverize juices or juice mixes to produce fruit drinks. Any kind of powder product can be developed on client demand.

Production process

Strictly controlled and standardized colour concentrates or juices are pulverized in a spray dryer. The mix of fruit juice / colour and Maltodextrin as the basis of the powder, are sprayed by high-speed rotation in the hot spray dryer chamber. The water evaporates immediately and the remaining powder is sucked out by a special vacuum system.
